This 4th-floor 826 sq ft | 76 sqm 1-bedroom apartment has a beautiful lake view and is in a great location in Houston about 2 blocks from NRG Stadium and just south of the Texas Medical Center. You’ll really enjoy the amenities such as the pool area, 24-hour gym, the business center with extended hours, and the resident lounge area complete with flat-screen TV and kitchen area. For the traveler that doesn’t leave home without their furry companion, this property is pet-friendly and is located near the dog park.
This lovely APARTMENT FEATURES:

- A fully-equipped KITCHEN with stainless steel and black appliances, granite countertops, and all the accessories you’d need to whip up a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has an island with 2 bar stools where you can enjoy a quick snack or morning coffee.
