Also known as Clichy-la-Garenne, the town of Clichy borders Paris. Born from a Gallo-Roman villa, the village gradually expanded while retaining its authentic character. A heavily wooded area until the Middle Ages, the town's name was changed to Clichy-la-Garenne in reference to the many royal hunting parties that took place here.
