Ideally Located
Verdant Frederiksberg is located west of Copenhagen's city center. The neighborhood is mostly residential in character, though there are plenty of tempting shops and restaurants. You can find both Nordic and international food throughout the area, and cafes and specialty food shops are clustered along Værnedamsvej. Frederkisberg is the setting for the Copenhagen Zoo, which makes for a perfect family-friendly outing. There's also the ornate Frederiksberg Palace, a marvel of Italianate architecture. The palace gardens are a wonderful place for a picnic or to simply sit and read a book. Gammel Kongevej, Copenhagen's main shopping street, is another neighborhood highlight. It's the perfect place to find designer wares and high fashion apparel. Frederiksberg has several train stations and is served by Copenhagen's M1, M2, and M3 Metro lines.

Rent is charged on a monthly basis and you have a 1-month termination notice.
Please be aware that all tenant bookings in Copenhagen are required by law to establish residency (""Bopælspligt""). Tenant(s) are required to register the stay at borger online portal. However, to register, a tenant needs to have a CPR number which can be obtained only if the tenant plans to stay in Denmark for a minimum of three (3) months. To obtain a CPR, a tenant needs to go in person to:
