Summary: We were a family of 5: 2 adults, and 3 teenage kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The photos are actually outdated - the place looks better in reality. The view from the main deck are over the harbor and so relaxing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The kids liked going to the heated pool and to the gym - although very small just with a few weights and treadmill. The only downside is that the 3rd bedroom is in a converted attic with no A/C so it would was pretty hot there even with an open skylight. The location is within walking distance to the harbor and the restaurants in Southwest Harbor and is about 25 minutes drive to Bar Harbor. Southwest Harbor is small with only a few places to eat but if you want quiet then it’s perfect. The owner was very responsive and the townhouse was as very clean.
