Located in the 15th arrondissement, close to the Montparnasse district, this exceptional 190 sqm house offers all the necessary amenities for a quiet and pleasant stay. You can enjoy the rare pleasures of outdoor living in the heart of Paris, thanks to its interior patio for family dinners or its terraces, including a solarium on the top floor.
On the ground floor, beautiful communal space with a living room, open kitchen, and dining area.
On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets, on the upper floors, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, shower room, and toilet.
Bakery and supermarket are less than 1 minute walk away.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for a family (cot and high chair provided upon request).

You will particularly appreciate the exceptional outdoor space in Paris which allows you to have lunch or dinner outside or inside, according to your desires!
Very well equipped, this house includes everything you need for a relaxing stay: High-speed fiber WiFi, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Cooktop, Toaster, Hairdryer, Television, Garden table and chairs, Deck chairs, Umbrella.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
A housekeeper will come every 2 days to clean the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. This service is included in the rental fee.
