We build our one floor house in October 2017. In Roskilde - Everything is White and very open -the kitchen and dining area, is open and has high ceiling. It is very light and bright and and a big house for danish standards - 200 kvm. We have a large trampoline for kids and the outdoor area had barbecue. And sun beds . The surroundings and neighborhood is very quiet and nice. We walk to everything - the city of Roskilde and the harbor with Vikings ship’s. The city has a farmers market on Saturday with local speciality - and great restaurant and cafe. It is one of the oldest cities here in Denmark . You can go to Copenhagen in 25 min by car and Sweden is a 45 min drive. We recommend taking the train to Copenhagen cause big city traffic .
We put on an age limits to renting the house - because we want to make sure it is not young people partying since , everything is white and new.
