The activity room offers plenty of opportunities to bring out your competitive spirit. Here you can enjoy hours of entertainment with arcade games with 3000 games and table football. On one of the house's terraces, there is a luxurious wellness area under a canopy with a large hot tub. The area is screened off from view and stylishly decorated, ready for you to enjoy a glass of bubbly in the hot tub. The other terrace area is furnished with garden furniture. There is private parking at the house. The house has a communal area with a large playground where children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on everything from swings, slides, and climbing frames to the large multi-purpose court. The court, which is covered with artificial turf, can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Between the multi-purpose court and the playground, there are several tables and benches – ideal for a picnic or refreshments.
