This completely renovated holiday home is located in the southern part of the Limfjord, only 100 meters from the beach. The house is located on a 1,980 m2 natural plot, which invites you to outdoor activities with a campfire, play and the possibility of swimming both summer and winter. On the plot you will also find a trampoline and two kayaks, which can be used freely (at your own risk). The plot also has a small lake, and the stream runs past. Around large parts of the house there is a wooden terrace with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Here you will find a large dining area, a relaxing lounge environment and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, which naturally becomes the gathering point on long summer days. The terrace is well sheltered from the sometimes fresh wind from the Limfjord. After a dip in the fjord you can warm up in the sauna and rinse off under the outdoor shower. The house has 4 bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping places and 2 bathrooms, making it suitable for two families. The kitchen/dining room is large and can accommodate 10 dining guests. In addition to all modern appliances, there is also an extra refrigerator for drinks or other things. From the living areas you can enjoy the view of the small stream and the protected area through the large windows, where you may be lucky enough to see the area's rich wildlife. The living room is equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and invites you to relax in soft furniture in front of the wood-burning stove, or enjoy cozy company at the large game table.
