This NEWLY Renovated Gem is located in an older established San Antonio neighborhood conveniently located less than 4.1 miles from Lackland Airforce Base, 12-miles from SeaWorld, 22-miles from the airport, 17-miles from San Antonio's Historic Pearl, and13-miles from Downtown.
The home does not have Central Heat, but 4 space heaters are available in every room and living area, plus tons of comfy throw blankets! Our property has 3 exterior cameras. I camera facing driveway and street, 1 camera facing private gated backyard, 1 ring doorbell camera facing front yard. All cameras detect and records motion and sound.
The home includes three bedrooms with one full bath. The perfect cozy space to relax and enjoy San Antonio!! Enjoy a modern updated kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, spices, a Keurig, waffle maker, toaster, mugs, coffee cups to go, and disposable plates if you don't want to wash dishes! The Kitchen also includes a brand new refrigerator with water stocked for guest, microwave, and an electric stove.
Sleeping accommodations include a Master bedroom that boast a Plush soft and comfortable Queen size bed with plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom boast two twin beds that are made for both adults and kids.
There is a 55-inch HDTV ROKU Flat screen TV mounted in the living room for your use with your personal logins. Fast Wifi speed up to 600 Mbps!!! Also, enjoy a washer and dryer to do your laundry prior to departing. You will also enjoy a clean luxurious bathroom and shower stocked with all the amenities you need (soap, shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, toothbrushes, q-tips, and more).
There is a separate dining table in the kitchen that seats four, two tray tables to utilize for guest to eat on while relaxing and watching television in the living room!
