Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and stools at the raised countertop - plus formal dining room with enough seating for everyone! Sunroom with outdoor furniture located off the kitchen. Main level also offers a 1/2 bathroom and the master bedroom with spacious attached bathroom.
The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a flex room - 1 with a king bed, 2 with 2 twins each and the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of triple bunk beds (bunks do not have side rails). There's also a family room with flatscreen TV and direct access to the lakeside patio.
Flat walkway to SANDY BEACH and dock. Floating dock available for boat tie-up, jet ski port, electricity and lights.
The quiet, no-wake cove allows for the perfect spot for floating!
Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.
