Main Level: Enter and head upstairs to the spacious main level featuring over 1,600 square feet of living space. This floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, a large dining area, and a cozy living room stocked with board games. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on this level. Relax on the enclosed porch, the balcony, or the front porch featuring brand-new rocking chairs.
Second Floor: The third floor features a spacious loft area set up as a private third sleeping area, perfect for additional guests or children.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities. You will be provided a link prior to arrival to purchase your passes online directly from the Bear Trap HOA. Children age 3 and under are free. There are no refunds of any kind for passes purchased. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
