Nestled in Ballston Spa, this delightful house offers three bedrooms - one with a king bed and two with queen beds. With amenities like Central Air, 5 flat screen TV's, cable, WiFi, a pool table, slot machines, a rec room and a washer and dryer, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.
The eat in chefs kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig coffee maker that uses pods as well as full carafes of coffee, garbage disposal, 4 burner gas stove with griddle, dinner service for 8, pots, pans, bowls galore, popular spices and more. Kitchen is all set and ready for your family meals.
The dining room table/living room area is a perfect gathering space and with a sliding glass door that opens to the large deck, you will sure to want to eat outside on the patio table with large umbrella or just soak in the sun on several chaise loungers. The deck also has a BBQ grill with a full tank of propane.
The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, 2 large dressers a flat screen TV with Roku and an en suite bathroom. It boasts a huge walk in closet as well as a his/her closet with laundry basket, iron and ironing board. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer and has a bathtub for added convenience.
The other 2 bedrooms are average sized with a queen bed, dresser and night stand. One bedroom is also equipped with a desk and can be used as on office.
Another must see is the rec room located in the basement which will provide and additional 6 seat dining table, a pool table, dart board, a large sitting area with flat screen TV, a fully equipped bar area with refrigerator and 2 slot machines. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor as well.
Our place is equipped for long stays to make your track season comfortable and enjoyable. All linens and towels are provided. Extra linens and towels are also included.
Children are welcome. Please include them in the total number of guests, no more than 6, unless the child is under 2.
