1 Bedroom Apartment in Arsenal
Serenity is the name of the game in this hidden gem of a home. Nestled on a picture-perfect street, flanked by leafy trees and merely minutes from the Seine, stepping inside feels a bit like being in a casual, homely spa. With fresh white interiors, cooling mint accents, and a simple, airy aesthetic, it's tailor-made for that post sight-seeing R&R. And with the glorious Jardin du Plantes over the river, cultural must-sees Sainte-Chapelle and the Louvre Museum within easy strolling distance, and the hip bars and fluorescent lights of Bastille just moments away, we guarantee you'll be busy enough to appreciate the downtime.
LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Crisp white tones and ample natural light ensures that this open-plan living space feels delightfully uncluttered. Whether you're curled up on the sofa of an evening, enjoying a quiet meal-in with a view at the dining table, or just pottering about the little integrated kitchen, you'll feel charmed and becalmed (and apparently poetic...) in equal measure.
BEDROOM
The light touch continues in here too, with soft, minty green tones and a comfy queen-sized bed. Once again, pared-back design and plentiful light creates a wonderfully simple, chilled-out space.
BATHROOM
A slick little bathroom, complete with wash basin, WC, and a walk-in shower, flaunting attractive sea-green tiles.
We love...
The apartment building itself is decidedly cool, boasting a rather splendid Art Deco style. Get ready for corridors dripping with polished monochrome tiles and geometric patterns. Not to mention, an impressively vintage-looking (but we promise fully-functioning!) lift.
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! This home is on the third floor with lift access. There's currently no dishwasher but one will be added soon. There are plenty of great transport links nearby to whizz you around town, including Sully-Morland (Subway 7) and Quai de la Rapée (Subway 5). There's currently a little work to roof going on so there will be some scaffolding around the building. It won't affect your view though!
Please note, Veeve homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
