In a great area, with many shops and bars, just 2 minutes walk from the charonne metro line 9.
The apartment is not perfect, there was a particular water damage a few months ago, and the walls have not yet been repainted. But nothing bad. The photos were taken on May 25, 2019.
I live there every day, and I rent it only during my holidays. When you rent, there will be some business to me in the apartment.
Regarding the bed in the room, I ordered a new one so that the mattress is no longer on the floor.
