A staircase leads to the first floor with the double bedroom enjoying further views through the pretty cottage style window. The adjacent bathroom has a modern suite and is fully tiled. The second floor, accessed via a narrow staircase, has a further double bedroom, along with a modern en-suite shower room.
Outside there is private parking for one vehicle, and a small bench seating area where a morning coffee or evening drink can be enjoyed.
