Agency fees

– Lease of more than 6 months and one day, the agent shall be paid the sum corresponding to the amount of one month's rent (incl. VAT).
Renter's insurance
Also, by French law you are required to subscribe to renter's insurance. We can provide a link if necessary.
We further ask for an insurance covering unpaid rent, like garantme.
Outside office hours arrivals
Please note that you may have to pay supplements for entry into the premises according to your arrival time and under the following conditions:
Monday to Saturday:
3 p.m. – 8 p.m.: free
8 p.m. – 9 p.m .: € 20
9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m .: € 30
22:30 – 01:00: 50 €
Sunday and Public Holiday:
Before 8:00 p.m .: € 30
8 p.m. – 9 p.m .: € 40
9:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m .: € 50
22:30 – 01:00: 65 €
No check-in after 01:00 a.m.
