Swimming pool house beautifully situated approx. 50 metres from the sea and approx. 200 metres from the sandy beach. From the living room and the big plot you have sea view. The size of the plot is so that there is plenty of room for each and everyone to have fun and enjoy themselves. The perfect location of the house respects the surrounding nature. The swimming pool is placed in a big, separate area with a prefilled whirlpool and sauna. Just next to the house you will find mini golf, bike hire and tennis courts as well as Nexø Golf Club. Here the course is surrounded both by wood and open landscapes consisting in luxuriant fields and meadows with grazing cattle. The house is also near to idyllic Snogebæk, a fishing hamlet with small restaurants, shops and a smokehouse.
