Casa Monte Pace is a 3.5-room attic flat (approx. 105m²) and is located on the top floor of a detached house. Casa Monte Pace is on one floor including the terrace (30m²), and barbecue area.
Casa Monte Pace is characterized by the fantastic view and quiet location, which offers a lot of privacy. Beautiful living room with Swedish stove and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bedrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: We are pleased to inform you that in early 2023 the owner installed an air conditioning unit in the living room and in the master bedroom. The air conditioning units offer both heating and cooling so you can stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer!
In addition, there is a Gotrian-Steinweg grand piano in the flat. Other instruments are also available: Double bass, cello, saxophone and rhythm instruments - so musicians are welcome!
Room layout: kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one separate WC.
Ideal occupancy: 2-4 persons
One medium sized dog is allowed in Casa Monte Pace.
Smoking is not allowed in Casa Monte Pace. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
