Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 33 square meters apartment in the heart of the 18th district of Paris, located on the first floor. It is ideally located near the Saint-Pierre de Montmartre abbey, the Moulin Rouge, the Élysée Montmartre, La Cigale, the Trianon de Paris and many other places not to be missed. You will be able to walk in a colorful district and discover the mythical places of Paris! Have a great stay :) ## Logement Located in Paris, the accommodation is on the ground floor and is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and a nice living room with a television to relax after an intense day. You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Oven, microwave, television, iron, washing machine. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity to the Saint-Pierre de Montmartre abbey, 17mn on foot; 27mn on foot to the Moulin Rouge; 15mn on foot to L'Élysée Montmartre, 19mn on foot to La Cigale and 16mn on foot to the Trianon de Paris. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler. ## Emplacement The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite.
