Newly remodeled 3rd floor walk up condo is a 2/2 pool front unit, with a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. Both bedrooms have a king size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Mustang Island Beach Club is located just 3 miles outside of the town of Port A right next to Port Royal. Nice lagoon pool and beach access is a bit less than a 1/2 mile walk.
