- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, coffee machine with filter...
- An independent living room with sofas and TV.
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2 : three single beds.
- A bathroom with shower.

- A beautiful enclosed garden of 80 m² with a covered terrace of 8 m² equipped with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- An outside parking space for 1 vehicle.
- A garage for a motorcycle or bicycles.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
